If AI doesn't pose an imminent risk, the valuation at historical low multiples and a 14% FCF yield suggests that the stock is significantly undervalued rather than being a so-called value trap
Hi, Thank you for sharing your investment thesis on Teleperformance. I am a beginner in value investing and found your analysis very insightful. However, I have a question regarding one of your assumptions. You have used €1,142 million as the Free Cash Flow (FCF) figure, but from my research, I found the FCF to be around €740-780 million. Could you please clarify why you chose the €1,142 million figure?
Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards
